Angel investor from Tashkent, focused on fintech and AI. Vice President at Vision Invest since December 2025. Before that he spent four years at Synergy Consulting, a PPP and project finance advisory firm, as Director from July 2024 and Associate Director from December 2021. Prior to that he worked ten years in government as Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, from April 2011 to October 2021. He holds a master's degree from Peking University, completed in 2017. He started angel investing at the end of 2021 with a cheque into a fintech project and has since backed more than ten local startups, reviewing over a hundred proposals. His first cheque is typically between $5,000 and $25,000, he follows on in later rounds, and he decides within a month. He also offers syndicate deals.
