About
Zooelon is an online marketplace for pet owners and veterinarians in Uzbekistan, based in Tashkent. Users post and browse listings in three sections: animals, products and services. Animal categories include dogs, cats, parrots, pigeons and other birds, aquarium fish, rodents, reptiles, exotic animals and farm animals, plus a section for mating. Listings can be filtered by region, and owners can also give animals away for free. Veterinarians register on the platform so that owners can find them close to home. Zooelon states that every seller and specialist is checked, and the platform has ratings, reviews and in-app messaging. Zooelon took part in the second batch of the UzCombinator accelerator.
