YAYA (legal entity LAURA YERALIYEVA LLP, Almaty) sold a single subscription giving children access to classes and activities at partner centres in Almaty, Astana and Aktau, with a pilot launch in Tashkent. The company started in 2022 as a nanny-search platform and pivoted to the subscription model in 2023. It went through the 500 Global in Eurasia accelerator and raised pre-seed and seed funding. On 9 February 2026 YAYA announced it was closing, citing a cash gap and an unsustainable subscription model; settlements with customers and partner centres continued after closure.
