Tumar Innovation Hub was launched in 2025 on the initiative of Astana Hub in Kazakhstan and IT Park in Uzbekistan, under the management of White Hill Capital Group. It works as a bridge for IT companies and startups from Central Asia and other countries entering the UAE market, running an acceleration programme in Dubai. The hub held its grand opening in Dubai in 2025, completed its first acceleration programme there, took part in GITEX Global 2025, signed a cooperation memorandum with SABAH.HUB in Azerbaijan and partnered with CBIx on taking startups to global markets.
