Supply Chain Community (SCC) provides a web and mobile platform for procurement and supplier collaboration. Purchasing organizations can organize requests for information, quotations and tenders, collect proposals and compare offers. The system supports internal purchasing workflows as well as communication with external suppliers, helping teams keep procurement discussions and responses together. Suppliers can categorize their activities, receive relevant purchasing opportunities and submit offers directly to buyers. Procurement reporting covers inquiries, discussions, final quotations and selected proposals. Logistics businesses can respond to transport, customs and warehousing requests, while truck owners can publish available capacity and routes and receive related applications. SCC also supports professional profiles and recruitment-related information for people working in supply-chain management. Participants can communicate through the web portal or mobile application and establish business relationships across markets. The Azerbaijani platform operates under Supply Chain Community MMC and has received a startup certificate from the country's Small and Medium Business Development Agency.
