Pulse EV designs and assembles EV chargers in Uzbekistan, adapted to the local grid and climate, with remote monitoring and a planned mobile app. It was established in Tashkent in 2025 by Jasurbek Khodjaev and Boburbek Abdullaev and in mid-2025 was building its first large charging hub in the city.
