Paynet is a Tashkent-based payment system operator founded in 2005 by Botir Arifdjanov. Its platform offers more than 2,000 payment services, including utilities, mobile communication and internet, through an app, a network of payment agents and payment terminals. In January 2025 Paynet agreed to buy 100% of the National Interbank Processing Center, operator of the Humo card system, from the State Assets Management Agency for $65 million.
