Outpeer AI builds a multi-agent AI layer that schools, online learning platforms and digital universities plug in through an API to move education processes to fully agentic workflows and deliver personalised learning to hundreds of thousands of students. Clients serve around 100,000 learners combined, with pilots planned in the US, the UK and Central Asia. The company was created during Draper University's Hero Training programme run jointly with Astana Hub, as a separate company from the Outpeer.kz coding school. Founded by Alibi Sansyzbay (CEO) together with Askar Yusupov, a Google (YouTube) engineer.
