My Point develops a logistics platform connecting parcel pickup and drop-off locations with online stores, marketplaces and delivery companies in Kazakhstan. Existing shops and other commercial premises can join the network, giving delivery partners access to collection locations through a shared digital system. Its mobile application lets location operators register, receive parcels, scan barcodes and customer QR codes, and record handovers. Operators can receive notifications about incoming parcels and track earnings from pickup-point activity. The platform supports multi-brand parcel collection rather than requiring each location to work with only one marketplace.
