Mulk Protocol is a platform that lets owners of real estate and businesses tokenise their assets in line with Islamic finance principles. Assets are split into tradeable digital shares on a blockchain, so owners can raise capital or sell stakes while keeping control, using permitted structures such as musharaka and mudaraba. The team is based in Uzbekistan. In 2025 Mulk Protocol won the InBattle Startup Awards at the INMerge Innovation Summit in Baku.
