Microgreen is an urban farm in Samarkand that grows microgreens, baby leaf salads, edible flowers and strawberries hydroponically and delivers them directly to customers within 30-90 minutes. It also supplies restaurants and cafes and sells seeds and growing kits. The farm runs a zero-waste model on its own IT platform.
