The platform automates repetitive shipment operations, including quoting, carrier sales, scheduling, shipment tracking, claims, invoicing and collections. Its workers handle calls, text messages, emails and documents using the procedures of the business deploying them. An agent-builder interface allows logistics teams to shape workers around their standard operating procedures and specific operational tasks. The platform also supports carrier vetting, customer service, email triage and document capture. Mentium is designed to increase the amount of freight-related work that existing teams can handle while leaving relationship management and higher-level coordination with people.
