About

Loadex is an AI dispatching platform for trucking companies in the United States. It reads rate confirmations with AI and turns them into structured loads, calculates net profit per load using live diesel prices, tolls and truck-legal routing, sends offers to brokers from the dispatcher's own mailbox, and tracks drivers and ETAs through a Telegram driver app. It also keeps a shared do-not-use list of brokers with FMCSA authority checks and factoring scores. The company was founded in 2024 by Aman Seydakmatov, previously a manager at a large Chicago trucking company, and Aigerim Birnazarova, a former DevOps engineer at Google, after Seydakmatov interviewed 36 trucking company owners about dispatcher workload. Two developers from Bishkek with trucking software experience joined at the start. Loadex is headquartered in Chicago and is a resident of the High Technology Park of Kyrgyzstan. Loadex is the first Kyrgyz company accepted into Alchemist Accelerator, joining Class 38 in Silicon Valley, and finished in its top three. It raised $1.6 million at pre-seed after 80 rejections and nine competing term sheets, 60% above its $1 million target. The product is sold per dispatcher: a free plan and a Pro plan at $20 per member per month.
