kerek.app is a mobile marketplace for local goods and services built around a map of nearby businesses. Instead of searching directories and calling companies one by one, a user opens the map, selects one or several businesses nearby, and describes what they need once, by text, voice, photo or video. The request goes to every selected business at the same time and replies arrive in an in-app chat, where the user compares offers and shares contacts only when ready. For businesses the app works as a lead channel: they create a profile with categories, location, price list and working hours, appear on the map for nearby customers, and respond to incoming requests directly in chat. The service is free for consumers and monetised through a subscription on the business side. The app runs on iOS and Android with Russian, Kazakh and English interfaces. The company is based in Atyrau and operates in Kazakhstan.
