INMerge Ventures is an early-stage venture fund established in Baku in October 2024 at the INMerge Innovation Summit. Its founding shareholders are PASHA Innovations, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, the Azerbaijan Investment Company and Trendyol Group. It targets startups from the Caucasus, Central Asia and MENA, and regional press reports about 4 million US dollars in capital. Ulviyya Mehraliyeva was appointed Managing Partner in October 2025.
