HackathonHost is an event-management software platform for organizers of hackathons, game jams, demo days and other team-based competitions. It brings the preparation, live operation and completion of an event into a branded workspace, with a web application and mobile companion apps for organizers, participants and event staff. Organizers can create registration forms, review applicants, manage waitlists, build teams and assign roles to judges, mentors and managers. The platform supports weighted judging criteria, project submissions and live scoring. During an event, organizers can control the presentation order, pitch and question timers, announcements and projector views from a central dashboard. Participants can register individually or as a team, find teammates, submit projects and view scores or mentor feedback. After judging, organizers can reveal results, assign awards, issue certificates with QR verification and export event reports. White-label controls let hosts use their own visual identity. The product has been used for game-development events in Azerbaijan and is associated with founder Ilgar Alirzayev.
