About
CTOgram is a Kazakh marketplace for car maintenance: it helps car owners find service stations and source spare parts directly from suppliers' warehouses. The company has been operating since April 2017, starting in Astana, and went through Astana Hub. The platform aggregates around 280,000 car owners, 2,000 service stations and 71 spare parts suppliers with five warehouses in the UAE, which makes it one of the largest car service aggregators by number of connected workshops. Alongside the consumer app it runs CTOgram PRO for workshops, a CTOparts spare parts business and three Autobody repair shops in Almaty and Astana. The company was founded by Zhandos Tursumbayev. It raised $700,000 from international institutional investors in November 2021, then a $1.5 million Series A from Timur Turlov in June 2023 at a $13.5 million valuation. In June 2025 CTOgram bought out its early shareholders, Turlov increased his stake to 41% and became the strategic shareholder, and the company began integrating into the Freedom Auto ecosystem and the Freedom SuperApp. Tursumbayev moved to Freedom to lead one of its business lines after the exit.
