Constructor Capital is the venture arm of Constructor Group, founded by Serg Bell (co-founder of Acronis and Parallels) and Stanislav Protasov. The fund invests from pre-seed to Series A in Deep Tech (quantum, photonics, advanced materials), Software Tech (AI infrastructure, agents, B2B SaaS) and Knowledge Tech (EdTech, research tech), with cheques up to $10M.
