Bitimchi AI is a digital signature and contract management platform for businesses in Uzbekistan. Users upload a PDF or Word document, add signatories by email, send it for signing and track the status of each document in real time, with the signed copy stored in the cloud. The product supports electronic signatures compatible with ERI and biometric signatures under Uzbek law, and states AES-256 end to end encryption and audit trails for every action. It targets HR teams (employment contracts and personnel records), legal departments (agreements and compliance documents), businesses (B2B contracts and invoices) and educational institutions. Onboarding runs through a Telegram bot, and the company offers a 30 day free trial with no card required. The site is currently available in Uzbek only.
