The platform describes accessible information about local and international disability-rights rules, connections to lawyers and disability support centers, and a reporting channel for disability-related issues. Users can submit concerns to responsible bodies and follow notifications and responses in their accounts. These functions bring legal guidance, support discovery and issue reporting into a single service rather than requiring users to navigate separate organizations independently. For companies and institutions, Altogether offers disability-compliance support and a testers hub where people with disabilities can assess products, services and workplaces. The aim is to help organizations identify accessibility barriers through direct feedback from the people affected. Founded by legal and technology professionals, the Azerbaijan-origin project combines a rights-focused approach with software development.
