AgroVentures is the corporate venture fund of Agrobank, established on 4 September 2026. Agrobank holds 100% of the company, whose charter capital is UZS 73 billion. The fund is led by Mirolim Abdullayev, previously director of investments at Agrobank since 2022. AgroVentures invests across six priority areas: AgriTech and agricultural innovation, AI and machine learning, FinTech, logistics, GreenTech and Deep Tech. It works at every stage: pre-seed ($25,000 to $50,000), seed ($50,000 to $200,000) and growth ($200,000 to $250,000), with individual cheques of up to $500,000 depending on the stage. Investments are made through equity, convertible notes or SAFE. The review process usually takes 8 to 14 weeks. Beyond capital, the fund runs acceleration and incubation programmes, hackathons and grant programmes. Its corporate acceleration programme, run together with AI Station, is a 12-week intensive in Tashkent and the regions for up to 20 startups, with no fee and no equity taken, where each team runs a pilot with an Agrobank unit or an SME client.
