SHART RATE wins Fintech Stars Battle 2026 with up to $100,000 SAFE investment from White Hill Capital

Shart Rate won Fintech Stars Battle 2026, a startup competition, and will receive up to $100,000 from White Hill Capital. The money comes as a SAFE contract. Shart Rate is led by founder and CEO Temir Aden.
The company is building a digital platform for safe online deals. It lets businesses close legally binding contracts quickly and get a fast court decision when a deal is broken. The platform is already adding Shart AI, a neural network that generates contracts automatically based on what a business needs.
The funds will go toward product development, unit economics, hiring, and entering new markets in the region. The longer-term goal the team states is to end the culture of verbal agreements.
Two other startups were recognized at the event. Behype, led by CEO Aigerim Beisembina, develops an influencer marketing platform and a fintech card for bloggers, and won a spot in an accelerator in Dubai run by Tumar Innovation Hub. Bytrader, led by CEO Muslim Abdullaev, builds a trading terminal with AI tools and risk management, and received a grant of 6 million tenge from Yandex Cloud.
Six finalists were chosen from more than 50 applications. Along with the winners, the shortlist included Paidax, a mobile social investing platform with entry from $1; Enki, a system that verifies construction as a trigger for payment; and Faqtor, an AI-native financial platform for lending to small and medium businesses. Each team pitched in 4 minutes and answered 3 minutes of questions from the jury, which judged the problem, product, business model, team, and presentation.
