MOST Holding and IT Park Uzbekistan sign memorandum to host Central Eurasian Venture Forum 2027 in April

MOST Holding and IT Park Uzbekistan signed a memorandum to hold the Central Eurasian Venture Forum 2027 in Uzbekistan in April. The signing took place on September 22, 2026, at ICT Week Uzbekistan. It will be the second CEVF held in the country.
The first forum in Uzbekistan ran in 2026 and brought together more than 800 participants. Among them were 260+ entrepreneurs, 200 startup representatives, 140 private investors and people from more than 60 corporations. Representatives of more than 40 funds, management companies and development institutions also took part, with assets under management and capitalization combined above $6 billion.
MOST Holding is a financial and investment holding that combines venture and private equity funds, financial services, entrepreneurial hubs and education programs. IT Park Uzbekistan is a technology hub set up to develop the country's digital economy, support startups and attract international business.
Ahead of CEVF 2027, the organizers plan to launch GP Academy. The program is aimed at current and new fund managers in Central Asia and covers building and running venture funds, raising capital from institutional investors, working with Limited Partners, evaluating deals and developing portfolio companies.
Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, said holding CEVF in the country for a second year confirms the consistency of work on the venture ecosystem. Pavel Koktyshev, CEO of MOST Holding, said the goal for next year is to turn international investor interest into real meetings and deals.
The forum connects venture funds, institutional and private investors, founders, corporations, government bodies and development institutions. Details on the date, venue, program and international participants will be announced later. ventureforum.asia
