IT Park Ventures invests in six Uzbek tech startups at ICT Week 2026

IT Park Ventures invested in six tech startups from Uzbekistan. The investment checks were handed out on September 22 at Startup & Venture Summit during ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026. The deals cover corporate procurement, marketing technology, e-commerce, the auto market and logistics.
Bigmart, Layf and UrbanDrive each received $100,000. ORA received $150,000, and Q.Watt did not disclose the amount. Tezbor received $100,000 through the Digital Startups 1+1 program, which co-finances tech startups and helps them attract private capital. ORA also raised $50,000 from a private venture fund in Uzbekistan, and Layf raised another $50,000 from a local fund. UrbanDrive received an additional $100,000 from Yoshlar Ventures.
For Layf this is the second investment from IT Park Ventures. In 2025 the company won Digital Startup Awards and received $50,000 as a SAFE investment after an accelerator track. Pulling in outside capital after that round was also supported by IT Park Ventures.
Q.Watt runs the largest power bank sharing network in Uzbekistan by number of stations, with more than 4,900 stations, 97,000 monthly active users and a fleet of 1,500 bikes. It operates in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Bulgaria. Bigmart is a B2B marketplace for corporate procurement with more than 40,000 products. ORA is an AI platform for influencer and UGC marketing with a network of more than 30,000 creators. Tezbor is an AI logistics platform serving over 500 clients in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Denmark.
The funding will go to product development, team growth and geographic expansion. IT Park Ventures says it also gives portfolio teams access to industry expertise, partner networks and new markets.
