Golden Gate Ventures to launch two-year program for 20 Central Asian founders in Uzbekistan

Golden Gate Ventures plans to launch a two-year program for 20 startup founders from Central Asia. The fund's managing partner, Michael Lints, announced the program at ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026.

The program will be based in Uzbekistan. Selected founders will receive mentorship and access to the Golden Gate Ventures community across Asia, the Middle East, the US and Europe for two years.

The fund says the program is designed to help startups grow their business and enter global markets. Details of the selection process will be announced later.

Golden Gate Ventures recently opened an office in Tashkent and plans to officially launch the program together with IT Park Uzbekistan.
