egaranti raises $1.1M pre-Series A to expand warranty platform to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan

egaranti, a Turkish company that builds digital infrastructure for warranty certificates, extended warranties and after-sales service, has raised $1.1 million in a pre-Series A round. The company works in Türkiye and Uzbekistan, and says this is its final round before Series A.
The round includes Hedef Holding, Aloqa Bank Ventures and Techpoint, along with angel investors Emrah Sivrioğlu, Yakup Kadri Ekşi and Osman Alp Arlı. Aloqa Bank Ventures is the venture arm of Aloqa Bank, one of Uzbekistan's largest banks. The company will use the money to grow in Uzbekistan and enter Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, where it plans to build the same model in both markets at the same time.
egaranti was founded in 2021 by Kamil Kınacı and Sinan Peksoy. In Türkiye, more than 190 brands use its infrastructure, extended warranty packages are sold at over 200 points of sale, and monthly sales top 10,000 packages. The company plans to grow the number of points of sale to more than 1,000 next year. In Uzbekistan, the same model runs in Artel stores.
The company also plans to reach consumers directly. It is launching an app in Türkiye where people can buy extended warranty and maintenance packages on their phones and manage products, warranties and insurance in one place. To date, egaranti says it has digitized more than 8 million warranty certificates and reached 2.5 million consumers.
