Baku ID 2026 to bring together startups and investors in SABAH.city on September 17-18

The Baku ID innovation festival will return on September 17-18, 2026, hosting startups and investors in SABAH.city, Azerbaijan. The event is organized by SABAH.Hub Innovation Center with support from government and private sectors.

This will be the fifth edition of Baku ID. For the first time, it will take place in SABAH.city, an innovation hub that combines industry, science, capital, and public sector.

Local and international startups will present their solutions to investors from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, the Middle East and North Africa, and other markets. Participating venture funds include MOST Ventures, White Hill Capital, Activat VC, IT Park Ventures, APY Ventures, Plus VC, MEVP, and Startup Wise Guys.

The two-day program will feature main-stage talks, panel discussions on AI, venture capital, angel investing, fintech, healthcare, education, green tech, and real estate tech, as well as startup pitches and networking sessions.

Over the past editions, Baku ID has attracted more than 13,500 participants, 375 startups, and 140 partners. Startups have secured over $5.5 million in direct investments.

The festival is supported by the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, Pasha Holding, Socar, and the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR). Key partners include the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) and outdoor advertising company Times.
