TBC Business Training

TBC Bank, in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), is launching TBC Business Training, free business education program for small and medium-sized business owners in Uzbekistan.

The first training will take place over two days, June 12–13, in Tashkent, before expanding to six additional regions across Uzbekistan.

The program is designed to help entrepreneurs strengthen their business skills through a hybrid learning format. Participants first complete short online introductory lessons and then attend an intensive two-day in-person training session.

Topics include:

• Finance and business planning
• Marketing and sales
• Human resources management
• Leadership and team management
• Legal and regulatory awareness

The program is conducted entirely in Uzbek and is aimed at entrepreneurs and SME representatives looking to grow and scale their businesses.

The project is implemented by TBC Uzbekistan in partnership with the EBRD and supported by the Government of Switzerland through the EBRD Small Business Initiative.
