Digital Tajikistan 2026 Brings Together Government Agencies, Banks, and Fintech Companies in Dushanbe for the Third PLAS Forum

On November 26, 2026, Dushanbe will host the third International PLAS Forum, “Digital Tajikistan 2026.” Venue: National Library of Tajikistan, 5 Tekhron St. The forum will bring together representatives of government agencies, heads of financial institutions, and international experts.

The list of keynote speakers covers several areas of digital transformation. The Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President will be represented by First Deputy Director Hakim Ismoilzod, and the Communications Service under the Government will be represented by its head, Isfandiyori Sa’dullo. The banking sector will be represented by Dauren Nisinbaev, Chairman of the Board of Freedom Bank Tajikistan, and Nigina Abdurakhmonzoda, Director of the Securities and Special Registration Agency under the Ministry of Finance.

Yiannos Askhiotis, Managing Partner at Pnyx Hill and Chairman of the Board at Revolut Digital Assets Europe, will speak on financial technology and international experience. Viktor Dostov, a professor and chairman of the Association of Electronic Money Market Participants (AED), is also on the list of speakers. Transportation and Taxes: Deputy Minister of Transportation Sukhrob Yokubzoda and Deputy Chair of the Government Tax Committee Ayubjon Solekhzoda.

The Tajikistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be represented at the forum by its Chairman, Farhodshokh Rahmonalizoda.
