Adaptability in the Era of AI — TalTech x Yerevan Seminar

An international seminar in Yerevan hosted together with a delegation of students from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), focused on digital transformation, leadership, and adaptability in the age of AI.

The event is part of TalTech’s “Digital Transformation in Business” Master’s Programme, designed for managers and leaders working outside the IT sector who want to navigate technological change and AI-driven transformation.

The seminar will explore:

• How AI is reshaping leadership and business

• Adaptability and decision-making in rapidly changing environments

• Digital transformation beyond the ICT sector

• Executive perspectives on future-ready organizations
