ZhanCare is a digital telemedicine platform with integrated artificial intelligence designed to expand the population's access to quality medical care. The platform integrates online doctor consultations, an intelligent AI assistant, as well as CRM and MIS (medical information system) to manage medical processes, analytics and secure data storage. The project solves one of the key problems of the healthcare system - shortage of specialists, long waiting times for appointments and limited access to qualified consultation, especially in the regions. ZhanCare allows patients to receive medical consultation quickly and conveniently, in a "one-click-to-doctor" format, regardless of geographical location. Artificial intelligence is one of the key elements of the platform. ZhanCare AI module analyzes patient's symptoms, helps to navigate the health condition, forms preliminary recommendations and directs the user to a specialized specialist. During the consultation, the system supports the doctor by structuring the patient's medical data and speeding up the decision-making process. The AI is also capable of automatically generating a consultation sheet and transcribing the doctor's speech into text, which greatly simplifies medical record keeping. To date, a number of key stages of the project's development have been realized. MVP-version of the platform (web-version) has been developed and launched. An AI module for primary navigation of patients by symptoms has been integrated. Clinics, including regional medical centers such as Dariger Plus (Stepnogorsk) are connected to the platform. Doctors are trained to use the platform and conduct pilot online consultations. To ensure a stable technical infrastructure, the project uses Yandex Cloud resources received as part of grant support (2 million tenge). Cooperation with the S. Kairbekova National Scientific Center for Health Development has been established, and work is underway to include the platform in the register of approved medical information systems. The integration of Internet acquiring has also been started to ensure the ability to accept payments from users around the world. Currently, the project is at the stage of active testing and pilot implementation. The technological platform is functioning and being tested together with clinics and doctors. In parallel, legal and regulatory integration into the healthcare system of Kazakhstan is underway, as well as preparation for scaling and commercial launch at the national and international levels.
