Twinkle is a creator economy platform that enables digital content creators in Central Asia to publish, distribute, and monetize their content through a single ecosystem. The platform combines subscription-based content, one-time paid access, live streaming, fan memberships, donations, and merchandise sales, providing creators with multiple revenue streams beyond traditional advertising. Twinkle also offers content discovery features, audience engagement tools, and creator channels designed for local and regional markets. The platform addresses the limited availability of creator monetization infrastructure in Central Asia by providing localized payment mechanisms and direct creator-to-fan monetization. In addition to supporting creators, Twinkle enables brands to reach engaged creator communities through partnerships and promotional campaigns. The platform is currently in pre-launch and is being developed in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, with a focus on the Central Asian creator economy.
