ttlk is building Karl, an AI stylist personal stylist in your pocket: a woman snaps a few mirror selfies; Karl turns them into clean product shots, builds her digital closet in seconds, and then: generates daily outfits tailored to her wardrobe, body type, skin tone, mood, occasion, and weather; lets her tap any look in an “Inspire” feed and instantly rebuild it with her own clothes “Make it Mine”. Where we’re going: because Karl owns the only structured dataset of what each shopper actually owns and loves, we will embed him everywhere people shop or discover fashion Seamless ecommerce: inside partner stores Karl will rank items by how many new outfits they unlock, display completed looks with the user’s closet, and enable on-site avatar try-ons - removing the “What will I wear this with?” hesitation and lifting conversions. Always-on stylist: in-store or on the street, point a phone at any garment and Karl shows exactly how it slots into the user’s wardrobe. The end-state: Karl becomes the default fashion assistant - telling hundreds of millions what to wear, what to buy, and how to style it - while giving merchants a data engine that kills the “What will I wear this with?” barrier to purchase and slashes returns.
