Imkon LLC is a startup studio based in Uzbekistan. We build, launch, and scale technology ventures across FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech, EdTech, AI, and B2B SaaS. Our model combines product development, go-to-market execution, and long-term venture support — from early idea validation to growth stage scaling. We operate as a hands-on venture builder. This means we don’t just advise startups: we actively create products, assemble teams, design MVPs, and support companies through market entry. Our focus is on solving real problems with scalable digital products, especially in markets where strong execution and local expertise matter most. Imkon’s team consists of 15 specialists with strong experience in product development, engineering, design, project management, and go-to-market. Today, we are building and supporting 8 startups. Our ecosystem includes 7 partners across different industries and directions, helping us accelerate pilots, partnerships, and market access. For founders and startup teams, we provide structured support in product strategy, MVP delivery, customer validation, and commercialization. We help teams move faster, avoid costly mistakes, and build products that are ready for real users and real business outcomes. For investors, Imkon offers access to curated deal flow and early-stage opportunities. We focus on filtering and validating ventures before they scale, and we support due diligence by providing clearer product, team, and execution visibility. Our goal is to reduce early-stage uncertainty and help investors access high-quality, well-prepared startups from Uzbekistan. For corporate and ecosystem partners, Imkon is a gateway to the Uzbek market. We support innovation partnerships, pilots, and collaborations with startups and product teams that are already vetted and execution-ready. We also enable partners to engage with new technologies and teams in a structured and outcome-driven way.
