Lead Board is an online B2B platform that helps companies acquire ready-to-buy, qualified customers without the need to run advertising campaigns, build marketing teams, or manage complex customer acquisition processes. We are not a consulting firm or a marketing agency, and we do not teach businesses how to promote themselves. Lead Board solves a clear and measurable problem — we deliver contacts of people who are already interested in a company’s services and ready to make a purchase. Today, small and medium-sized businesses in Uzbekistan face high advertising costs, unstable marketing results, the need to hire specialists, and a large number of low-quality inquiries. As a result, companies spend significant budgets and time without receiving a predictable and stable flow of customers. The customer acquisition market in the country already exceeds $42 million per year and continues to grow, yet it remains fragmented and inefficient. Lead Board fully takes over the customer acquisition process. We operate by industry verticals — education, tourism, real estate, healthcare, and other B2C sectors — and attract people who are already actively searching for these services. Every request goes through initial qualification: we confirm genuine interest, filter out random or low-intent inquiries, and deliver only qualified, “hot” contacts to businesses. Companies receive not promises or advertising, but a concrete result — potential customers ready for direct communication and purchase. For businesses, the process is extremely simple. A company registers on the platform, gains access to a pool of customers within its niche, and purchases the required number of contacts at a fixed price. There is no need to launch ads, hire marketers, test hypotheses, or bear marketing risks. This allows companies to save up to 40% of their marketing budget and time and fully focus on their core product or service. Lead Board’s target audience is small and medium-sized businesses — educational centers, online courses, travel agencies, real estate agencies, medical clinics, and other service-based companies that require a consistent flow of customers. At the same time, the platform is also suitable for large companies as an additional channel to purchase missing lead volumes. Lead Board can operate simultaneously with an unlimited number of businesses, making the model highly scalable. The monetization model is based on pay-per-lead pricing with a deposit system, as well as premium features within the platform. At later stages, Lead Board plans to evolve into a marketplace where external agencies and specialists can sell their own leads through the platform, while Lead Board earns a commission on every transaction. Market demand has been validated through CustDev interviews with companies in the education and tourism sectors, including Union Education, Gordons Academy, MyStep, Entrium, Malina Tour, and The Tour. All participants confirmed serious issues with lead quality and expressed willingness to purchase qualified customers directly. Several educational centers have already indicated readiness to buy leads on a recurring basis, averaging $500 per month, and long-term interest has also been confirmed by an international university seeking a stable student acquisition channel. The Lead Board model is easily scalable both within Uzbekistan and into neighboring markets such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and other countries with developing SME ecosystems. A high level of automation and the future implementation of AI-based lead qualification will further reduce costs and increase margins as the platform grows.
