Emlak is an innovative PropTech platform that is completely transforming the real estate rental market in Uzbekistan. We are moving away from the outdated model of "chaotic search through brokers" and moving towards transparent, secure and digital rental management. Our mission is to make renting as easy as ordering a cab. The main problems we are solving are: - High barriers to entry: In Tashkent, tenants have to pay 50% commission to the realtor and a deposit for the last month. This is a huge financial burden. - Landlord mistrust: Landlords are afraid of property damage and unscrupulous tenants without tools to check them. - Gray Market: Most transactions are not officially recorded, depriving both parties of legal protection. - Lost time: Dozens of empty viewings due to irrelevant photos and "fake" listings. Our solution: - Rent without commission and deposit: We remove the classic brokers. - Digital scoring: We check the solvency and creditworthiness of tenants through government databases and credit 'bureaus'. - Virtual tours and 3D photography: We create quality content for each apartment ourselves, allowing you to rent online without a visit. - Payment Management: Automatic billing of utilities and rent through the app. Why it's beneficial. - For the Owner: "Rent and Forget". We take care of finding tenants, insuring the property, and guarantee timely rent payments. Even if the tenant is late in payment, the service covers it (with a partnership fund or insurance). - For the tenant: Minimal initial costs. Possibility to move quickly without overpaying intermediaries. Business Model (Monetization): We operate on a Service Fee (Asset-light) model. We do not take a one-time commission, but earn on long-term support: 7-10% service fee from the monthly rental cost. Additional services: - Professional cleaning, minor repairs and moving services. Growth Strategy for 2026: At the first stage (MVP) we focus on the Tashkent market (new buildings and central districts), where the demand for civilized rent is the highest. In the future, we plan to scale to Samarkand and other major cities of Uzbekistan.
