Tajikistan signs eight strategic agreements at Dushanbe Invest 2025 forum

On October 14, 2025, Khadamoti Aloqa under the Government of Tajikistan signed eight key cooperation and investment agreements with leading international and regional companies at the Dushanbe Invest 2025 International Investment Forum. The documents are aimed at developing digitalization of the economy, internet infrastructure, 5G technologies, digital education and regional cooperation.
These include a licensing agreement with Starlink Tajikistan (SpaceX), which will provide the country with access to a global satellite internet network. A memorandum was also signed with Sberbank of Russia and the Agency for Innovations and Digital Technologies to establish a programming school, SHKOLA 21, in Tajikistan.
Tajiktelecom, PTCL and AWCC have signed a commercial agreement to transit internet traffic through Pakistan. Additionally, a memorandum was signed to establish a national 5G consortium between Hadamoti Aloqa and all mobile operators in the country.
Eutelsat Group, Huawei Tajikistan and Germany's ROHDE & SCHWARZ GmbH & Co. KG signed agreements to develop satellite communications, strengthen cybersecurity and establish a 15 million euro National Radio Monitoring Center. A separate agreement with the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan is aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field of innovation and digitalization.
The implementation of the signed documents will be an important step in developing digital infrastructure, improving the quality of Internet services and expanding Tajikistan's international technological partnership.
