Kazakhstan startup Clockster absorbed part of the assets of Uzbek Workly

Kazakhstani HR startup Clockster has absorbed some of the assets of Uzbek HR service Workly and took over its team. The product will be developed under the unified Clockster brand.

The goal is to create a unified ecosystem of human resource management (WFM): recruitment, adaptation, salary calculation, training and development. The focus is on implementing AI to automate processes, from shift schedules and time tracking to communications and tasks.

The company will soon strengthen its position in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, and from 2026 will enter Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
