Higgsfield AI has raised $50 million to generate video using neural networks
Higgsfield AI has raised $50 million in a Series A round, according to co-founder Erzat Dulat. The round was led by venture capital fund GFT Ventures. Investors also include BroadLight Capital, NextEquity Partners, AI Capital Partners and Menlo Ventures.
The team is expanding its staff and welcomes 2022-2025 graduates and undergraduates. They are looking for professionals with strong skills in analytics, communications, sales, project management, text, automation, programming and creative.
The startup previously raised $16 million and reached a multi-million dollar audience in the U.S., China and Japan.
According to Erzat Dulat, Meta offered a deal worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but the team turned it down. The goal is to build a well-capitalized product and go public.
