Digital incentives for startups and IT Park residents

On September 16, 2025, the President of Uzbekistan signed Resolution No. PP-286 (https://lex.uz/uz/docs/-7730357), which opens new opportunities for IT businesses and startups. The document allows IT Park residents to remotely open bank accounts and virtual cards, and simplifies access to financial services for foreign professionals.

From November 1, 2025, startups participating in the Digital Startups and the Central Bank of Uzbekistan's "regulatory sandbox" programs will receive free annual access to the Digital Data Platform. This will accelerate the development and scaling of digital products.

From January 1, 2026, residents will be able to pay for international advertising and software subscriptions with corporate cards up to $500,000 per year. Payments up to $5,000 will be exempt from registration in the E-contract system, and payment for own products will be possible through a public offer.
